Technical:

Adobe Photoshop CS2 for original sketch (cleaned up lines with a vector-trace tool in Macromedia Freehand, because my Wacom Intuos3 6x8 tablet is being kind of jerky). All colours done in Photoshop using the normal round brush, as well as overlaid textures - see *kitton's tutorials ( [link] [link] ) for more info on how to apply textures~}

thank you! i just used Adobe Photoshop CS2. i had to vector-trace the lineart of the squids and the hearts in Macromedia Freehand to get the lines smoother because my tablet is jerky, but the rest is all photoshop with textures overlaid
